Processing

All original photographs are personally hand-printed by Steven Nestler on fiber-based gelatin silver photographic paper, selenium toned, and processed to current archival standards. They are then dry- mounted on 100% rag, acid-free, 4-ply museum board, and overmatted with the same 4-ply board.

Each print is signed on the mount, and has an information label on the verso. A certificate of print authenticity is supplied with each print.

Framing is available. Please see chart below for details.

Steven Nestler has been making prints for over 30 years, and is represented in some of the world's most prestigious collections. We have complete confidence that you will be pleased with the quality of all items we offer for sale.

We are determined that you are completely satisfied with any purchases made from this website. We understand that images viewed on a website, by their very nature, are only an approximation, and can never match an original print exactly.

Therefore, we offer this guarantee:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it, carefully packed and in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly honor your request to refund your purchase price, or, if you wish, replace the print with one of equal value (you may choose a print of the same image, or a different one).

Shipping charges, unfortunately, are not refundable.

Editions

All prints are numbered on the verso, and a certificate of print authenticity is included, with the corresponding print number.

Editions are limited to a total of 150 original prints, including all sizes.

Print Size

Print sizes are described in the traditional photographic way; that is, the sizes are approximate, and represent the standard paper si ze that was used in making the print. For example, a print designated as "8X10" will vary from image to image, and may range in size from approximately 5X7" to 8X10." Mat sizes are standard, and are chosen as appropriate for the print.

Please note that available sizes for each image are determined by the artist, in the belief that larger sizes, while possibly fitting a viewing space somewhat better, may lose some of the intimacy that make these images special. For many images, there is an ideal size or range of sizes.

Anticipated Delivery Time

Prints are made on a per-order basis, and not pre-printed. This allows for somewhat differing interpretations of the image over time. In general, prints will be made and shipped within a 1 to 2 week time period. You will be notified of any unusual delays, and given the option of cancellation.

Prices for Original Prints

** Prices are for prints, mounted and matted as described above, and do not include framing. Please add appropriate shipping charge to each print.

*** There are no shipping charges on orders shipped within the continental United States. For orders shipped outside the U.S.A., please contact us for rates.

****Framing includes a museum-style black anodized aluminum frame, and UV protectant acrylic glazing. Price includes the additional packaging and postage to ship a framed print.

And, of course, for those who live in the Sunshine State of Florida, please remember the 6% sales tax.
